Manchester, UK – April 2025 — MWA Eco Systems is nearing completion of the full mechanical and plumbing installations at House of Social, a landmark student living development currently under construction at First Street in Manchester city centre.

The project is being delivered by renowned developer Renaker on behalf of Vita Group, and is set to transform the student living experience in the city. House of Social will provide 576 student bedrooms arranged in modern cluster apartments designed to encourage shared living, along with a vibrant food hall on the ground floor.

MWA Eco Systems has been responsible for the full mechanical and plumbing infrastructure throughout the development, including installation of plant rooms, hot and cold water services, heating systems, and full sanitary fit-outs, ensuring high standards of comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.

Set to open in Summer 2025, House of Social will not only provide high-quality accommodation but also serve as a new social and culinary hub within the First Street neighbourhood.
