MWA Eco Systems is proud to have delivered the full mechanical plumbing works for the first new primary school to be built in Manchester city centre in nearly 20 years. The landmark project, developed by leading property developer Renaker, marks a major milestone in the regeneration of the city’s central districts.
The new state-of-the-art school, located within the Crown Street neighbourhood, is part of Renaker’s wider vision to create thriving, family-friendly communities in the heart of Manchester. MWA Eco Systems was selected to provide the complete mechanical plumbing infrastructure for the school, which includes modern plant room installation, heating systems, hot and cold water services, and full sanitary fit-out.
“We’re incredibly proud to have played a key role in delivering essential infrastructure for such a significant project,” said a spokesperson from MWA Eco Systems. “Creating high-quality educational environments is vital for the city’s future, and we’re honoured to contribute to a development that will benefit generations to come.”
