Union T2 also known as Vita T2 is located within walking distance of the Salford central station. T2 offers 372 apartments to the public to buy or rent, also offering student accommodation.
T2 offers a variety of amenities to the residents. This ranges from gyms, restaurants, and living areas, and high-end furnishings.

Vita T2, the second of two developments, a 35-story tower, stands near Vita T1, forming a harmonious architectural pair. The Vita T2 projects will bring 372 new apartments to Manchester, within walking distance of Salford Central station.

We were commissioned to design, supply and install the complete plumbing and mechanical services package to this development. Engaging with mechanical & public health specialist consultants to devise cost effective and efficient strategies across the above ground drainage and rainwater, Domestic water and LTHW systems.
Working closely with the Architects and the clients design team, MWA helped select a high-end specification for all en-suite bathrooms and amenity areas.

This site is situated in a very busy part of Manchester city centre. There are numerous large scale developments being carried out in close proximity to this site, so this project is quite challenging logistically by means of material deliveries and also parking.

The project start date for the plumbing and mechanical works was April 2023, delivering the job across a 20-month period, handing over to the client on time in January 25.
