INTRODUCEYOURSELF

drive forward

Design Team

At MWA, we work closely with M&E consultants, architects, and clients to design and deliver efficient and sustainable mechanical plumbing solutions at different stages of the development.

Our designs and installations typically focus on domestic water systems (hot and cold), boosted cold water services, heating systems, above-ground drainage, gravity and siphonic rainwater systems and more.

Our consultants are always available to provide technical support, which includes performing hydraulic calculations to ensure suitable water pressure and flow rates, calculating pipe sizes, pump capacities, and other critical parameters, as well as ensuring compliance with energy and water efficiency standards.

Commercial Team

Our commercial team manages the financial and operational elements of the business. Their responsibilities span from cost control, procurement, and contract management, all focused on delivering projects on time and within budget.

We utilize professional tools to produce precise and competitive project bids, while also provide regular financial updates and forecasts, addressing any potential issues that could impact the client or supply chain.

Over the years, we have developed and nurtured strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and cost-effective material sourcing.

Project Team

Our committed project teams—comprising project managers, supervisors, experienced plumbers, meticulous pipe fitters, and enthusiastic apprentices—collaborate effectively to deliver outstanding results on every project.

Each member of our project team brings unique qualities to the table: the project manager offers strategic leadership and coordination, supervisors ensure smooth operations and quality control, plumbers provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills, pipe fitters contribute precision and craftsmanship, and apprentices bring fresh energy and a willingness to learn, creating a dynamic and cohesive team.

Our storemen and labourers provide essential support to the project team by efficiently managing materials, maintaining inventory, and assisting with on-site tasks.

Quality and Document Control

Our quality control process operates through a paperless system, utilizing a quality management platform with preset templates on iPads to seamlessly capture and document test results, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and environmental sustainability.

We use a comprehensive spreadsheet system to track all testing activities, ensuring accurate documentation, streamlined monitoring, and eminent support to site teams.

Our office teams continuously monitor and communicate with site teams, providing essential information, support, and guidance to ensure smooth operations, sustained productivity, and the successful achievement of project goals.

Upon project completion, we ensure the client receives a comprehensive Operations Manual and Health & Safety file, meticulously collated alongside all testing and commissioning certificates for the installations inclusive of all as-fitted drawings.

If you’re interested in applying for one of these positions and feel that MWA Eco Systems is the right fit for you, then please use the contact form on this page and attach your CV (not mandatory).
